My wife who was a diabetic for almost 20 years went on the Adkins diet about 2 years ago and is no longer diabetic. She quit taking her pills about 2 months into the diet, and has not needed to take them any more since. In fact the doctor has even quit measuring her blood sugar. In addition she has lost a LOT of unneeded weight. Marshall
