"Kitty Krystals" cat litter Is Clinoptilolite. I an not sure of the spelling of Kitty Krystals. It is a crumbly off-white clay with small crumbly particles.
There are two deposits in the world. One in Utah and one in Siberia. A 25 lb bag of the cat litter, that is pure Zeolite, costs about 5 dollars US in the US. The molecule is a cage, and the interior is positively charged. It will collect negative ions. When heated, or exposed to sunlight, it will give up what it has collected, and be available to collect more. It is very effective at reducing odors, leave a broad bowl sitting out. $47?
