CS>Ozonated Distilled Water

I read at  http://www.biophysica.com/instructions.htm  that  one should use 
non-ozonized distilled water for making colloidal  silver.  I assume this means 
the same thing as ozonated.  One  brand at the grocery store and Walgreen's 
brand are ozonated.   What is the harm in that?
