Hello everyone. I've been away for awhile. It's good to be back.

This question concerns how to determine the amount of UNdissolved minerals in
drinking water (or improperly made silver solution). I know that a TDS (total
dissolved solids) meter measures the dissolved minerals -- which, I would
assume, are ionic. But does this same piece of equipment detect the larger
solids? If not, what does?

Thanks.
