Many years ago, I made water with a Grander-type  water modification device;
a clamp-on ceramic roughly football-shaped split with a groove for the
pipe.

I sent Bruce Marx some silver made with it, and he sent it to a TEM for a
picture. The particles were all clumped together.

** I find that using heavily ozonated water oxidizes the silver ions.
  If the jug is left uncapped for several days, it no longer does.
  Virtually all distilled water in the USA is ozonated, but it doesn't
stay for long.

** I've never seen a magnet affect CS one way or another at any
time....and I've used some real finger snippers trying. [The kind that send
shrapnel flying if they clack together too hard and must be slid off iron
surfaces]
I know of one person that claims that ferrite rings affect his CS ....but,
no "proof".
