what is the difference between a bioavaliable calcium and an inorganic form. Is
one preferable ? ARe they food versus supplement differences? I think the
phosprous issue is confusing because it seems to depend on the source of who
you are talking to. one of the doctors that I have gone to thinks that we
already have to much and that is why milk is a bad calcium source due to the
high ratio of phosperous.. To little can attribute to bone loss. You are right
about it being an individual thing and also difficult I think at times to
figure out what minerals you are deficient in and how to correct imbalances.
