In using Orange juice and cream of tartar,do not use commercial juice as the
oranges are juiced with the peel on.The peel has an ingredient called
"Limonene",which ends up in the juice.Evidently this is a strong
carcinogenic.
Only fresh squeezed ;by hand; should be used.
