  But I do know that anti-biotics are chemicals made by various fungi and
molds, used as a mechanism to promote their growth by retarding the growth
of  competing and infectious organisms.
  Penicillin, for instance, is extracted from blue bread mold. [It exists
to keep the green and yellow bread molds at bay???? ]
