I get my pH papers from GNC health store. I found the ones I wanted and made
them carry it. They are the right ones. I believe if you read the entire info
on pH you will find that it is meant as an overall lifestyle for someone who
insists on eating everything. They recommend 80% food that is highly alkaline
and 20% food that is slightly acid forming. I believe with a healthy lifestyle
and relative good health, it's safe to eat a little of everything (although for
now I've gone vegetarian by choice). Take everything with a grain of salt that
you read. Usually it's written for the masses.

It is really interesting Cinderella, although rather a lot to absorb. One
thing, it recommends avoiding things like meat, cheese eggs and fish, while
saying it is ok to eat grains as they are only mildly acidic. Now I could be
wrong, but most people like Mercola etc.. Strongly recommend *not* eating
grains at all! I wonder if Terry will be able to enlighten me? Also, I
noticed the pH papers were the .5 ones which Terry said *not* to get. Just a
thought. Dee

For all out there who would like an excellent website and more info on pH and a
lot of things, go to www.alkalizeforhealth.net It also gives you what minerals
etc to take to raise pH and a whole lot of other neat stuff.
