I have this bottle in the frig. that I have never had the courage to open and

I ordered this by mistake when ordering my vitamins online...
but have never had the courage to try it.
I have difficulty with many things and at this point I am downright afraid to
try something new and have a negative reaction.
My question ...is anyone familiar with this product...if so...is it anything
