Court proceedings on the Government's appeal to the decision made by
judge Sedowick in the case "STEVAN ALEKSLC ET AL v. THE ATTORNEY
GENERAL OF CANADA" will take place at the Ontario Superior Court of
Appeal in Ottawa , 161 Elgin, tomorrow, February 14, 2002, at 10:00
a.m.
The lawsuit has been initiated by a group of Canadian citizens whose
relatives and property were destroyed during 78 days of NATO bombing of
Yugoslavia in 1999, during which the Canadian Government took an active
role.

Sutra, 14. februara 2002. godine u 10:00 sati se na Vrhovnom apelacionom
sudu Ontaria u Otavi, Kanada, nastavlja proces u kome ce apelacioni sud
da razmotri zalbu kanadske vlade na odluku sudije Sedovika, o tome da
kanadski gradjani imaju pravo da tuze svoju vladu za pretpljenu stetu i
bol prilikom NATO bombardovanja Jugoslavije, 1999. godine, u kojem je
kanadska vlada igrala aktivnu ulogu.
