We have faced and fixed a similar error recently. We will make a new release
after about a month. It will include a fix for this error and some additional

During a timing simulation using CMP.L2SharedNUCA.OoO, There is an assertion
error that causes the simulation to be terminated (for that flexpoint).

If it can not allocate a block because there is no room for it, then someone
must be evicted. Seems to be a bug. Isn't it?
