Dear Dr. Falsafi,

I talked with our school technicians and they told me that WindRiver
doesn't support Simics before 4.2. So they do not allow to purchase the
license as well as download them. I hope that there is a way to solve the
build issue in Flexus with Simics 4.x. Thank you for your comment.
