- Fixed incorrect default configuration settings in UniFlex
and UniFlex.OoO that could lead to Cache assertions when running
self-modifying code
- Reduced header file include dependencies
- Changed deque to list in Common/MessageQueues
- Turned off built-in profiling by default - ~7% faster
