Hi Leo,

First glance at the sourceforge project indicated that that project is licensed
via the GPLv2. The simh repo (and the things it contains) is not GPLv2, so if
the all the authors of simulator pieces are willing to use the same simh
license/copyright wording that the rest of the project is using we can include
the simulator pieces in the github repo, likewise for the besm-6 support code.

If you’re interested, please contact me offline and we’ll work out the details.

Subject: [Simh] Adding a BESM-6 simulator to the distribution?

What would be the prerequisites for adding a BESM-6 simulator (namely,
http://sourceforge.net/projects/besm6/) to the official SIMH distribution, to
the beta kit, or for linking to it from the SIMH web page?
Thanks,
Leo
