I know essentially zero about 10/20 DECnet. The test system I used came
courtesy Timothy Litt, and that version is Phase II. Which is fun because his
help allowed me to implement and test "intercept" (Phase II routing) support
for DECnet/Python, as mentioned in a note on this list a little while ago.
