Since HSC don't have ethernet, there is no software on the VMS side that
expects to find a HSC on LAVC to start with.
However, VMS boxes can serve MSCP between themselves as well, and that
can be done over whatever medium VMS boxes are talking.
You could also explore infoservers...
You should probably stop thinking "HSC". HSC is just one of a number of
MSCP servers. Why are you so hung up on specifically HSC and CI
interconnects?
