Coming from an IBM 1130 to a PDP-11/20 we had 12kb of core memory, dual RK03's, replaced with RK05's, paper tape reader, paper tape punch, card reader, teletype, printer and plotter. At the time we were running DOS. We had several IBM 029 card punches. There were no online terminals.
We used to have fewer problems with PDP-11/20 than the IBM 1130. There was a hardware problem with the IBM printer that would cause the IBM 1130 to destroy the contents of the disk. One of my tasks was to every Friday evening rebuilt all of the disks that were "damaged" by the printer. The Documation card reader was fairly reliable and didn't chew up as many cards as the IBM reader. Sincerely, Robert F.
