Individual facets are set up to "or" their contents.  There is no way to 
override this at present.

However, exhibit always "and"s the restrictions of multiple facets.  So, 
a hack that will accomplish what you want is to make two facets on the 
same property---then, if you select folklore in one and AI in the other, 
you'll get the desired intersection.
