a simple solution for this "problem" was found ... every entry in my
json-file is between 1300 and 1600 so this wanted date 1963 is out of
the daterange of my json-file.
the timeline automatically centers on nearest date. e.g. if your
oldest date is 1312 / youngest 1613 and your desired start date is
1963 -- timeline will center on 1613 because it is the nearest date to
1963. If your startdate is 400 ... timeline centers on 1312. -__-
