1. I didn't even know that IE 8 caused an error, thanks for letting me know (I'm a Mac user) 2. As far as I know script-elements do not have to be surrounded by the <html>-tags. Nevertheless, I pulled it inside but it didn't change a thing. By the way: I think that's the way Dreamweaver generates code. Thanks anyway.
