Maybe, what we're going to do is put up the application in 'beta' and run a small usability study with our current users - so rather than pre-emptively solve the issue, I think we may let it play out through that channel, and let the users tell us what they understand and don't. I may just create a different link to the same information which is more explanatory, etc. Thanks David! :)
