You'll have to use the trunk instead of the stable tag.  So
http://trunk.simile-widgets.org/exhibit/api/exhibit-api.js instead of
api.simile-widgets, or deploy it on your own.  trunk is a moving target,
it may change on you.

A caveat; unlike John, I have no user experience with the paging
feature, I happened to notice its addition in later code commits.  It
should work in all of the ordered views, including the tabular and
thumbnail views.
