Hi Helen,
just about any mistake in code or data will produce this
behavior. For troubleshooting I begin by checking the javascript setup code
for any mistakes. Then I try to get it to load one event - xml files are
good for this. Once I am sure that the timeline setup code is working I
then add in events.
In the data ensure that you are using characters ascii 32..126. Be careful
of your date formulas: +ve and -ve iso8601 format or years with BC, AD etc
work well.
