Thanks David - well, I am testing the latest version of IE 11.0.9 on Windows 7 32-bit - and it just sits and spins and spins on Working.....
Another page also that works well with FireFox and Chrome does not load up in IE 11 - http://www.udel.edu/research/preparing/instrumentation-funding.html I tried using Exhibit 3.0 still the same error....
