I found I am using a mixture of exhibit going all the way back to 2.3.x (which I have locally) but my most recent work aims at exhibit 3.1.1 (<script src="https://api.simile-widgets.org/exhibit/3.1.1/exhibit-api.js" bundle="false" type="text/javascript"></script>) Guess I should take the time to go through my Perl templates and update to STABLE
Yet another item added to my list of todo's lol.. Thanks for the reminder and the description of the expected use. Seems like a reasonable approach to me.
