No that's fine it's just a notification that sending a SIGINT to the
SEC process won't change the debug level.
Using SIGINT for changing the debug level is useful when you are
running it as a daemon and you need to change the debug level to
investigate a problem. It's not usually needed when you run it by
hand, and hence the notification that it's not enabled. If you want to
start it by hand and have the ability to detach it and use SIGINT to
change the debug level invoke it with:
sec.pl args < /dev/null
Then sending a ^C to it will cause the debug level to increment. You
can use ^\ to abort it (and create a core dump) but as I said using
SIGINT is really meant for use when you start it as a daemon.
