the SEC mirror site at Estonian Telecom (http://kodu.neti.ee/~risto/sec/) has
now been down for more than 1 day. This evening, I called the helpdesk of the
telecom, but received no clear answer about the nature and duration of this
event. Therefore, I suggest all users to access the SEC main site during this
unpleasant outage (http://simple-evcorr.sourceforge.net).
