Simple Scan v3.12.3 is pre-installed on Linux Mint Xfce 64-bit. How can I simply update it to the current version? I've ran 'sudo apt-get update' and 'upgrade' already. The README.md file in the source archive I downloaded appears to be for installing by bzr.
