COMMON MYTH: The temporal view, karmic connection and ascension
along a path is necessary to intellectually understand and to do.
BEYOND THE MYTH: In reality, all views shall pass.
Karma is that which is accumulated from and within a view.
Ascension is a view looking from lower to higher.
Path is a view assuming there is a distance to be tranversed.
Beyond all the long-held notions of ascension, is the ever-sounding
single word that is available to all, regardless of view, regardless
of karma, regardless of any point along a path of ascension.
The error in the myth of ascension is in the division between heaven
and earth or between higher and lower, and seeing that
assumption, "believing" that the seeming distance must be traversed.
As one relaxes into the single spirit that frees the soul to return
to its original purpose and function and no longer be distracted by
all this complexity devised as views around us, the very willingness
to relax, to trust and to pay attention to that spirit that is
within each one equally begins to dissolve the views and the myths
that held them in place. As these views begin to dissolve, the
evidences they seemed to be producing while seeming to be causes
begin to dissipate.
The only thing keeping anyone from transcending what is "viewed" as
lower is their fearful conditioned clinging to the agreements those
views are founded upon. And yet, this is what we do, individually
and collectively.
The only answer ever, regardless of any method, any length of time,
any degree of study, and great prowess in mentally understanding, is
to relax and trust to realign everything within us as soon as we
stop misaligning it with our mental, emotional, behavioral and
belief-oriented activity.
Perfection does exist and does exist now in each one. The difficulty
is in seeing it and that difficulty is caused by the unwillingness
to relax and trust the only thing that is real, the only life one
will ever know...the spirit within them.
That one may notice that all seem to go through pain and suffering
of some sort and difficulties is truly no indicator of what is so,
of what is "required" or of what is needed or beneficial, whether
those outer indicators seem positive or negative in our judgments.
These seemingly outer indicators are all time-space-based, highly
changeable and rudely temporary, the rudest temporariness indicator
of all perhaps being death itself.
As long as people continue to view the answer as ascension, they
will also view the answer as moving from one place to another, from
one state to another, from imperfection to perfection, etc. Once
people begin to relax these views and begin to trust spirit's
perfection, the perfection that is already exising in everything
around them (that is literally made of this perfect spirit), the
dissolving and dissipation also begins...and at whatever rate the
person relaxes, trusts and allows this dissolving and dissipation,
will the vision that reflects that perfection begin to appear in
their lives. Sometimes this vision is subtle, sometimes not. The key
then, the answer if you will, is not in our thinking, feeling and
doing our way along a path toward some other, higher goal and place;
but is rather, our willingness to see those very views vanish to be
replaced with more aligned views and, eventually, to be completely
replaced (both the older and the newer more aligned views) by the
one pure vision that both sees and hears the single word spirit
speaks to all equally.
As these views are replaced and even after they are replaced, the
lot that is common to mankind is possible, including death. While
the replacement of these is often accompanied by the disappearance
of seemingly negative situations and happenings, this need not be
the case, for these are all merely the "apparent results" of views
that, even at their very best alignment to perfection, are still
just views, changeable and temporary. However, when ALL views are
let go in that moment of total surrender to the vision of
perfection, all these seeming results will also disappear forever.
This is the moment of transcendence and while it may seem to be
ascension to those who are yet viewing their views, it is not
ascension, it is not "progressing" and so forth. It is finally
embracing the complete relaxing of opposition to the will of, the
obviousness of, the final and eternal judgment of the vision of
perfection of all things that is and has always been so.
