It'll cause very minor delays but unnecessary traffic. You should
remove any *.orbs.org from your RBL Servers list, replace *.orbs.org
with relays.mail-abuse.org
I doubt ORBS will remain gone for long, there's already talk of a new
ORBS-like list if ORBS doesn't come back (personally I only use the
MAPS lists, RSS does fine for me).
