Those are irrelevant to mail delivery, and in fact harmless 
themselves. Mail delivery problems will involve SMTP sessions and 
internal system handling, not POP sessions. The above errors are all 
due to unceremonious session handling by POP3 clients ( Outlook 
Express, EMailer,  and Mailsmith all cause this.)

You would probably do well to crank up the logging in SIMS if you 
want to see what exactly is happening.
