One of my clients (has a POP account on my server) is having problems 
sending out through their dial-up ISP's server (the ISP's server only 
allows outgoing mail with a From address in the ISP's domain...) so I 
told the client he can relay through my server if he uses SMTP AUTH. 
I thought if the sender authenticated with SMTP AUTH then SIMS would 
allow the relay, but although SIMS does authenticate the user 
correctly (below) he's gets bounced because his dial-up IP is on the 
DUL...

I thought authentication would have overridden the blacklist. 
Shouldn't it have?
