Not even a partial solution. I already *know* that the account is receiving mail. I
need to know if the account owner is collecting mail. The account keeps growing and I
need to know if the owner has stopped collecting or if, perhaps, has checked Leave
Mail On Server or some-such.
I need to know when the last POP connection occurred.
