I added an IP address to my blacklist today (a client received hundreds of spams) and
then checked the log to find that the server was still accepting connections from the
new IP address. How quickly does a new blacklist entry take effect? To hurry things
along, I quit and restarted SIMS. Is quit/restart necessary before a new blacklisted
IP address is effective?
