Those only map subdomains of theellsworths.com and davidellsworth.com to
fish.yourwebdna.com. IOW, matches _must_ contain the '.' before the second
level domain name. What you want is:
theellsworths.com = fish.yourwebdna.com
davidellsworth.com = fish.yourwebdna.com
If you want to include subdomains, you can either keep your existing entries
in addition to the above, or you can use:
*theellsworths.com = fish.yourwebdna.com
*davidellsworth.com = fish.yourwebdna.com
which don't require the first dot for a match. Note, though, that they may
also match unintended variations of your domains, like
'wearetheellsworths.com', 'whoisdavidellsworth.com', etc.
