Today, suddenly I got the following diagnostic when I was trying to
connect to SIMS on another computer using CommuniGator (something I do
everyday):
Sorry, this password was refused. Please, try again.
The only thing I did different was, I attempted to connect to some other
computer running SIMS, I had forgotten the password for that system, so
obviously I could not connect. On attempting to connect to SIMS on the
computer I usually connect to I got the above diagnostic.
I am able to connect using the same username and password via the HTTP
interface. I am able to connect using CommuniGator, as some other user.
I connect to SIMS using CommuniGator on the same computer, reset the SIMS
password (and also the MacOS password) for the PostMaster account; but,
no luck - still cannot connect.
Any help would be much appreciated.
