Not as old as yours:
6150/66 (the old pizza box ;-] ), 72 MB RAM (maxed), 1 GB HD, also runs
AutoShare, used to also run Rumpus (but no longer). No performance complaints.
More than fast enough to handle mail, some with largish attachments, for a
small publishing company.
