You could add the IP to your client list, but that may open you up 
further than you want: in theory someone could route spam through the 
open relay and you in series, although that is a very low risk (the 
spammer would have to know that you considered the suspect box a 
client.) I think you can also get around the listing by making this 
sort of entry in the router:

10.1.2.3 = 10.1.2.3.smtp
