Hi :) still struggling with the dilemma of how to replace Exchange on my 3 sites.....
Can SIMS allow the auto generation of thousands of accounts, exported from another system? can the server be scripted so that on a certain date, 3 months after the generation of said accounts, all unused accounts can be deleted and removed? ...when I say scripting, what is doing the scripting (Apple Script I presume?) if SIMS can't can Comm. Pro allow the same scriptable features? ....and then an even bigger question :) I need to find a system that can generate and query email alias names and then allocate them to the mailboxes that have been setup. for example: student called JOHN DOE wants [EMAIL PROTECTED] his mailbox name is already configured as x12345......want to be able to type into a system that will say "sorry name taken, how about johndoe1" or similar.
