SIMS newbie question, so my apologies in advance. We had a wicked encounter with the Klez virus here at our office and after I got all the PCs clean, I haven't had much happen except to the one machine that HAD the virus.
I am wondering if any of you have dealt with this virus with your end-users and if you could give me some input on how to handle it with SIMS. I guess the thing that kind of bothers me is I have one individual who says everything she's been getting lately has been caught by her ISPs mail filter as infected and coming from our office, but I've run all the systems scans with the latest DATs and come up with nothing on our network. I thought that I had read about Klez mimicking from known addresses, even though the source may not be accurate. I was wondering if, in fact, her machine was not infected. Anyways, sorry about the somewhat off-topic question, but I appreciate ANY help on this.
