How come you don't have an MX record in your DNS?
<nslookup:solutions-consulting.net/*/204.244.59.132>
Authoritative answer:
solutions-consulting.net SOA 86400 dns.solutions-consulting.net
bfindlay.pris.bc.ca
Serial 5
Refresh 28800 (8 hours)
Retry 7200 (120 minutes)
Expire 604800 (7 days)
Minimum TTL 86400 (24 hours)
solutions-consulting.net NS 86400 dns.solutions-consulting.net
solutions-consulting.net NS 86400 ns1.neonet.bc.ca
solutions-consulting.net A 86400 204.244.59.132
NSLookup normal completion.
And your PTR record your ISP has doesn't match your non-existent MX
record...
<nslookup:132.59.244.204.in-addr.arpa/*>
Authoritative answer:
132.59.244.204.in-addr.arpa CNAME 3600 204.244.59.132.neonet.bc.ca
Authority:
244.204.in-addr.arpa NS 3600 ns1.westel.com
204.244.3.130
244.204.in-addr.arpa NS 3600 ns2.westel.com
204.244.3.129
244.204.in-addr.arpa NS 3600 castor.teleglobe.net
199.202.55.2
244.204.in-addr.arpa NS 3600 pollux.teleglobe.net
199.202.55.10
244.204.in-addr.arpa NS 3600 ns2.cw.net
204.70.57.242
NSLookup normal completion.
Some servers, and more all the time, are very picky about these things
resolving and matching. That's my take on things...
