CAIS owns the netblock 63.216.0.0 - 63.223.255.255 (63.216.0.0/21). 
It looks like CAIS is NAS's upstream, and your IP space has been 
delegated to NAS by CAIS, which is why it doesn't show up at ARIN 
(since ARIN didn't give it to CAIS). According to the global routing 
table, the entire netblock 63.216.0.0/13 is routed as a single route 
to CAIS as part of AS 3491.
