It would be a hack, but you could use SIMS's 'NotifyMail' option, then use the notify client <http://www.mac.org/system/notifymail/> to run something to kill the mail from the mailbox.
Or would folder action scripts work? I've never used them myself... Or... Have a non-mirroring account with messages saved individually to a folder, and a separate account [EMAIL PROTECTED] with mirroring to the list members. Then you could have a script that periodically checks the folder. If it finds a message it checks the size, then alters some of the headers as appropriate including changing the 'to' header to '[EMAIL PROTECTED]', then drops the message into the SIMS submitted folder for delivery and subsequent mirroring.
