My company runs the shareware version of SIMS. We had some server reconfig/cleanup events that led to me lose my favorites and consequently my account login URL, and for some reason, we've never been able to administer SIMS from our local server.Wendy
Is the server running SIMS in your office or remote?
If you can get to the server, run the Comminigator application. It will attempt to connect to the SIMS server on the same machine using the Postmaster account. If the machine is remote, you can do this using Timbuktu (if installed).
Once connected with Communigator, you can do whatever you want, including changing the password on the Postmaster account so that you can use the web-based admin remotely.
