Here is the scoop:
I am trying to set up a secondary mail server for multiple domains, but do
not want an open relay. I had it workging with an old computer, but I can't
get it going with this one.
I was hoping someone could help debug the router entries I use as well as
the settings to apply to the SMTP module.

I am handling three domains (working fine on my main SIMS box):
kohrt.net
waushakumpond.org
manuex.com

My current config:
Running SIMS 18b9d14 on an 'old' PowerTower Pro with OS 9.2
Internet Domain Name (in General control dialog)
    kohrt.net
Router (as per FAQ at http://www.laffeycomputer.com/SIMS/):
    power.kohrt.net=kohrt.net
    mail.manuex.com=manuex.com
    manuex.com=manuex.com.smtp
    kohrt.net=kohrt.net.smtp
    waushakumpond.org=waushakumpond.org.smtp
SMTP settings (via communigator)
    SENDING:
        25 TCP Channels Direct to recipients
        30 min between retries
        250 retries max
    RECEIVE:
        25 TCP channels
        0  AppleTalk channels
        5  channels per host, max
        30 seconds for a login to be considered a client
        Advertise AUTH - YES
        Allow ETRN - YES
    ANTI-SPAM:
        Relay For Clients Only - YES
         (My three IP addresses are listed in the Client list)
        Verify Return Path - YES
        Use Blanklist DNS Server - NO

When I had "Relay For Clients Only - NO", the logs showed spammers using my
system. Since "Relay For Clients Only - YES", I mostly see
13:21:01 3 SYSTEM WaitNextEvent: too long(653 ticks)
(I am running Outlook Express on the same comuter much of the time...)

Finally, Apple's listserver tried to use my secondary, and got booted!

So what am I doing wrong?

Thanks
