My primary SIMS box has been temp-banning my backup mail server because the backup is undergoing a dictionary attack and dutifully relaying spam to countless unknown accounts on the primary box.I couldn't find any way to fix this besides turning off the secondary. So that's what we did. I know this is controversial, but do you really really need a secondary MX?
It appears that SIMS will temp-ban the backup server even though it's listed as a Client Host. Is there anything I can do, configuration-wise, to prevent temp=banning of my own backup SIMS box?
