From your initial description, I thought you wanted to reject mail coming TO [EMAIL PROTECTED] - not FROM [EMAIL PROTECTED]

If you have "Verify Return Paths" turned on in the SMTP module AND if the return path actually is <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, then this Router entry is supposed to work:

<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> = error
