Counting lines with BBEdit in a daily server log, I see more "blacklisted" lines than "delivered" lines. And BBEdit counts about 60,000 "delivered" in a typical day.

SIMS started blocking more mail than what was delivered starting about 9 months ago. And it's only gotten worse.
