In addition to the mentioned methods, you can route to NULL to have the
mail just dropped.

You can also give a 5xx reply by routing to spamtrap.  That comes back as

<<< 593 We have reasons to believe this mail is unwanted here
554 5.0.0 Service unavailable

That may be vague enough for what you want, although if I recall how it
works, it may cause some collateral damage by blocking mail to every
recipient who is in the list with the spamtrap.
